Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding processes to join and repair metal components according to project specifications and blueprints
  • Ensure that products and processes meet standards and are maintained or improved.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and machinery
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accurate and high-quality welds
  • ·Work with Steal
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of welding experience with MIG
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Must be able to use measuring tools and understand the imperial metric system
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to production demands
  • Proficiency in heavy lifting and materials handling techniques
  • Experience working with power tools
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety, including wearing appropriate PPE
  • Forklift certified

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
