Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, attention to detail, experience in book keeping/accounting, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various projects that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing projects, coordinating meetings, conducting research on various projects, and
preparing necessary documentation. - Assist in project coordination by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
- Manage financial tasks such as book keeping.
- Support clerical functions such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in office management procedures and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and problem solve.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience with project coordination is preferred but not required.
